Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. This page is updated each year at the same address. Easter 2027 is more than five months away, and the city has not posted its 2027 egg hunts, so the hunts below are from 2026 and say so. We list brunches only from restaurants’ own pages and church services only from the church’s own website.
Easter is Sunday, March 28, 2027. Fayette County Public Schools’ spring break comes the week after, April 5-9 (see spring break).

Church and community egg hunts
Many Lexington churches, neighborhood associations and businesses hold their own hunts in the weeks before Easter. We list a hunt here only when the organizer posts its date, time, place and ages on its own website. As of Oct. 12, none had posted a 2027 hunt.
Easter services
Churches post Holy Week and Easter service times on their own websites. We will link services here as churches publish them. Easter Sunday 2027 is March 28; Palm Sunday is March 21, and Good Friday is March 26.
Easter brunch
As of Oct. 12, no Lexington restaurant had posted an Easter 2027 brunch. We will list them, from each restaurant’s own page, as they are announced. For restaurants that serve brunch every weekend, see our brunch guide.
